At Messer, acting responsibly is one of our core corporate values. Therefore, in addition to business development, Messer also always focuses on social security in the localities where the company operates.
Receiving the call from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Binh Dong commune (Quang Ngai province), Messer Vietnam in Quang Ngai participated in building a charity house for Ms. Tran Thi Vinh. The construction budget is taken from the 2023 Messer Super Cup award.
Messer Super Cup is a series of sports activities that calculate achievements between competing teams that are employees of the company. This is an annual activity at Messer to connect employees from all over the country, creating a healthy and rewarding playground after work. Messer Super Cup will calculate points and rank competing teams. The prize from this activity will be partly deducted to contribute to meaningful charity activities for the community.
It is known that Ms. Vinh's family is a poor household in the commune. She is elderly and lives alone in the locality. She mainly lives on a subsidy of 450,000 VND for the local poor. Ms. Vinh's previous house was seriously degraded, the structure was weak, and living conditions were very difficult. That's why Messer accompanied the local government to join hands in rebuilding Ms. Vinh's house. This is great support and encouragement to help Mrs. Vinh enjoy her old age in peace.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Anthony Grandpierre, General Director of Messer in Vietnam, happily shared that Messer is very happy to be able to accompany local people on social welfare policies, creating good relationships. with the government where Messer is operating
