Workshop "HyCut - Hydrogen Solutions in Oxy-fuel Cutting Technology" was held under the coordination of Messer Vietnam team and Messer Cutting Systems GmbHMain speaker of workshop is Mr. Axel Vogelsang, strategy manager of Messer Cutting Systems, with the support of Mr. Martin ZellerArea Sales Manager International of Messer Cutting Systems, with the support of Mr. Tony Low and Mr. Shao Feng Chan from Messer Cutting Systems Asia.
The workshop brought about a breakthrough solution in the application of Hydrogen in gas-oxygen cutting technology, and at the same time proposed solutions for safe gas usage towards the goal of Vision Zero. At the workshop, the audience had the opportunity to directly practice this completely new Hydrogen cutting technology.
The history of oxyfuel technology goes back more than a century. To this day, it remains an indispensable part of established application areas such as oxyfuel fl ame cutting, and heating and straightening, as well as brazing and soldering and fl ame spraying or glass processing. The field of oxyfuel technology is currently dominated by hydrocarbon fuel gases such as acetylene, propane and natural gas. But in view of increasingly limited natural resources and the need to manage industrial production as sustainably as possible, hydrogen offers an effective fuel gas alternative.
