On the morning of July 26, with special care from the local government, Messer industrial gases plant in Hai Duong was honored to welcome the delegation of Hai Duong’s Department of Health (Department of Health) led by Dr. Pham Manh Cuong - Director of the Department of Health - as the head of the delegation.

As one of the gases production and supply enterprises, especially medical oxygen, Messer Industrial Gases Company in Vietnam is receiving a lot of attention during the time of complicated developments of the Covid 19 pandemic. To be proactive in disease prevention and ensure oxygen supply for medical facilities, on the morning of July 26, the delegation of Hai Duong Provincial Department of Health had visited and worked at the plant of Messer Industrial Gases plant in Hai Duong.

At the meeting, plant manager presented to the leaders of the Department of Health about the work that our plant has implemented to ensure disease prevention and production protection. During the meeting, Messer also raised the difficulties that we are facing for the Department of Health to support to overcome.

Through the meeting, the Steering Committee for the Prevention of Covid-19 made a strong commitment to prioritize vaccination for employees of Messer, specifically: Phase 1 will take place on July 28-29, the vaccination campaign of Kinh Mon commune will inject 50 doses for employees; Phase 2 will take place at the beginning of August. Besides, the Department of Health will also develop a plan on green line of essential freight forwarding for Messer. At the same time, the Department of Health asked Messer to support in the preparation of plans to provide installation services for liquid tanks and cylinder at medical centers and field hospitals in Hai Duong province.

At the end of the meeting, the representative of Messer expressed his respect for the priority commitments of the Department of Health for Messer, and also expressed his belief in pandemic prevention efforts the disease of the State and Messer committed to being ready to accompany Vietnam to overcome the pandemic.
